Grand Caribbean East is one of two low-rise towers in the gated Grand Caribbean resort on Johnson Beach Road. Completed in 1996, it sits near the east end of Perdido Key, a short walk from deeded Gulf beach access and the protected sands of Johnson Beach.
The four-story tower offers one- and two-bedroom condos from about 700 to 1,175 square feet. Many have hallway bunk beds, a kitchen breakfast bar and a large private balcony, a layout that works well for families and vacation renters. A 3-night minimum rental keeps the building flexible for guests.
Owners share the resort's amenities with Grand Caribbean West: two seasonally heated pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a clubhouse with a library, and grilling and picnic areas. A small lake with a boardwalk and gazebo anchors the landscaped grounds, and an elevator serves every floor.
