Vista Del Mar sits on the last Gulf-front parcel at the east end of Perdido Key, right where Gulf Islands National Seashore begins. That means nothing will ever be built between your balcony and miles of protected beach to the east.
Completed in 2017, the gated tower holds just 64 residences, with three-, four- and five-bedroom floor plans from about 1,950 to 3,600 square feet. Interiors feature 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, stone flooring, and chef's kitchens with Wolf ranges and Sub-Zero refrigerators. Many plans add a wet bar, wine refrigerator and ice maker.
