Living at Ocean Breeze East
Ocean Breeze East is a low-density Gulf-front building in the heart of Perdido Key, built in 1985.
Homes are two-bedroom, two-bath units of about 960 square feet and three-bedroom, two-bath units of about 1,340 square feet. Units have Gulf-front primary suites with balcony access, in-unit washers and dryers, and storage closets on the Gulf-side balconies for beach gear.
Owners share a beachside pool with a sundeck, an elevator, a wooden boardwalk to the beach and on-site parking. There are no rental restrictions, so units work as vacation rentals or as personal beach homes.
Between two parks
More than half of Perdido Key is protected parkland. To the east, the Perdido Key Area of Gulf Islands National Seashore at Johnson Beach has day-use pavilions with restrooms, an accessible boardwalk nature trail, a multi-use path and lifeguards from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Past the end of Johnson Beach Rd, the island can only be reached on foot or by boat. To the west, Perdido Key State Park is a few minutes away by car.
