Living at Phoenix Gulf Shores II
Phoenix Gulf Shores II is the newest Gulf-front tower in Gulf Shores. Brett/Robinson completed the building in 2025 on East Beach Blvd, between Royal Palms and The Colonnades, with about 110 residences.
Most homes are three- and four-bedroom plans of about 1,800 to 2,100 square feet, plus five-bedroom penthouses of more than 3,600 square feet. Every residence has a private Gulf-view balcony, an in-unit washer and dryer, stainless appliances and granite counters.
The amenity deck centers on a Gulf-front lazy river, with an outdoor pool and waterslide, a zero-entry pool, a heated indoor pool and a hot tub. Owners also get a fitness room, climate-controlled storage, a multi-level parking garage and an elevated walkway straight to the beach. Vacation rentals are allowed, and Brett/Robinson manages rentals on site.
Close to Gulf State Park and The Hangout
Gulf State Park, with 2.5 miles of beach, the 1,540-foot fishing pier and Lake Shelby, starts just two doors east. The Hangout, the public beach and downtown Gulf Shores are about a mile west.
